These are creative writing samples I created for RadioK, the University of Minnesota’s student-run radio station. I attended concerts and wrote casual, descriptive reviews that captured the experience of each show. The pieces were published on RadioK’s website and shared on their Facebook page, each receiving over a thousand likes. This project allowed me to combine my passion for music and writing while connecting with the station’s audience.

Skyway - Artist Bio
These are two examples of artist bios I wrote for Skyway Theatre’s website during my Marketing Internship. The goal was to introduce new artists performing at the venue and highlight what makes them exciting and worth seeing — all in a concise and engaging way. This project helped me refine my ability to write persuasive, high-impact bios.

Political Advertising
A class paper which explores the evolving role of advertising in politics, with a focus on the rise of microtargeting. Microtargeting emerged in political campaigns around 2004, using consumer data to deliver personalized messages to individuals based on their preferences and behaviors. This strategy allows political candidates to identify potential supporters and tailor their messages to increase voter turnout. As technology advances, microtargeting has become a powerful tool in shaping political campaigns, raising important questions about privacy, influence, and the future of political advertising.
