Hi, I'm Kai Loiseaux-Purcell! I've lived in the Minneapolis area my whole life and recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Media and Information, focusing on advertising. Music is one of my biggest passions, but I'm just as drawn to history, art, pop culture, news, and fashion. Throughout college I stayed close to the creative and music scene: reviewing concerts for Radio K, managing local artists, promoting shows, and interning at Skyway Theatre in Minneapolis, where I supported live events, helped promote them, and wrote artist bios for the venue's website.
I've always been curious about different cultures, which probably comes from my family. My parents met in Saudi Arabia, and I grew up hearing stories about their travels. I've been lucky enough to do some traveling of my own, which has given me a chance to experience new perspectives firsthand. A fun fact about me: I hold dual American and British citizenship. I've also studied Spanish and French, which has helped me connect with more people and broaden how I see things.
